By purchasing this ticket you accept that Tulleys Farm (BA Beare & Sons) is not liable for any injury or damage howsoever caused and that you use these premises/facilities at your own risk.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

BA Beare & Sons accepts no liability if an event has to be postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control, this includes an act of God, change in governmental regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.

If the event is postponed due to any of the above reasons, then BA Beare & Sons will reschedule all tickets that have been purchased for the current year and make them valid for the following season, the ticket will include any new attractions planned for that season.

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Company Purchases
Should this purchase be made by a business, please accept this booking confirmation as a VAT Receipt.  VAT at 20% has been included in the prices charged.
